Sessions

What Happens In A Kinesiology Session?

Your kinesiology session will begin by providing a brief history of your health or emotional concerns and discussing the issues or goals you would like to work on with Nonie. You will then lie on a therapy table and remain fully clothed. Each Kinesiology session is called a ‘balance’ meaning the ultimate goal is to bring your body into balance and restore health.

Nonie will use a bio-feedback technique called “muscle monitoring” which is a gentle technique used to identify physical, mental/emotional, biochemical and energetic blockages. She will use various techniques to help release these blockages and restore balance.

Each of your kinesiology sessions may differ depending on your current issues and goals and the particular imbalances that are identified.

How Long are Sessions?

Sessions are 1 hour.

How Many Sessions Will You Need?

Kinesiology can be very effective and some clients start to feel the benefits after just a few sessions. To achieve optimal results, I would recommend a minimum of three sessions. Chronic health issues may require additional sessions. I will discuss my recommendations with you at your first session based on your individual needs.

What Are The Fees?

Each consultation is $80.

Are Health Rebates Available?

Yes! Health fund rebates are available from major health insurance providers. I recommend that you confirm your level of cover with your health insurance provider prior to your initial session.

Is There A Cancellation Policy?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice by calling Nonie on 0412 374 056. If you miss your scheduled appointment or fail to give at least 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will apply. Kinesiology appointments are valuable and cancellations can be offered to other clients on the waitlist. Thank you for your understanding.
